Your training,
kept properly.
Most training apps are a stopwatch with a logo. Repple is a record: every set you have lifted, every meal you logged, every measurement you took, held in one history that goes back as far as you do — and readable by the coach you chose to share it with.
A history you can
actually look back through.
Log a lift in a few taps, or let your watch fill it in. Either way it lands in the same place, in a form you can still read in two years.
- Sets, reps, load and effort — with personal records surfaced as you pass them, not buried in a menu.
- Cardio and calories — distance, duration, and energy burned, taken from the watch where you wore one.
- Fix what you got wrong — tap the pencil on any past entry and correct the exercise, the sets, the cardio figures or the calories.
- Heart-rate zones — where the session actually sat, when live samples exist to build it from.
Estimated one-rep max, session by session. Built from the sets you logged — not a projection, not a target, just what the bar actually weighed.
It notices what
you already recorded.
If you trained with your watch on and never opened Repple, the Train tab will tell you there are workouts sitting in Health that aren't in your log yet, and offer to bring them across. Finished sessions can be written back, so your rings stay accurate.
- Apple Health, in and out — heart rate, active energy, steps, resting HR and workouts, only with your permission, revocable any time.
- WHOOP, Oura, Fitbit, Garmin — connect the ones you use, for exactly what you connected them for.
- Honest about limits — a device that only reports a daily average can't give you a per-session zone chart, and Repple will say that rather than draw one.
Three workouts on the watch, two of them missing from your log. Nothing is imported until you say so, and duplicates are matched rather than doubled up.
Training is not the
only thing that moves.
Measurements & scans
Weight, girths, InBody scans and progress photos, plotted over time so a slow change is visible instead of guessed at.
Food & macros
Log meals against targets, and share them with your coach if you have one — the same record, not a screenshot in a chat.
Check-ins & habits
The weekly questions that catch the drift a training log alone will miss: sleep, stress, soreness, whether you actually enjoyed it.
No more screenshotting
your own workouts.
Accept a coaching link and your trainer can see the training, the nutrition and the check-ins you already keep. Programmes they write land in your Train tab. Messages stay in one thread instead of scattered across WhatsApp. End the link whenever you like — it is your record, and it stays yours.
Sleep shows a dash because nothing is connected that reports it. Repple would rather leave the space honest than fill it with an average.
