Terms of use

These terms cover the Repple apps and this website, operated by Washateria LLC. Using them means accepting what follows.

Your account

• You must be 16 or over.
• Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Health and safety

Programmes, calorie figures, heart-rate zones and any guidance in the app are general information based on what you have entered. They are not personalised medical advice and cannot account for a condition we do not know about. Exercise carries risk. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for judging whether a given session is appropriate for you on a given day.

If you train with a coach through Repple, that coaching relationship is between you and them. We provide the software; we do not supervise or endorse their advice.

Fair use

Do not use Repple to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload content you have no right to, to attempt to reach another person's data, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Content you add

What you put in — workouts, photos, notes, messages — stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, show it back to you, and share it with a coach or gym you have deliberately linked to. We do not use it to train anything or sell it on.

Payments

Where a trainer or gym takes payment through Repple, that agreement is between you and them, on their terms — including what happens about refunds and cancellations. Card processing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions bought through the App Store are governed by Apple's terms and cancelled through your Apple account.

Availability

We work to keep Repple running but cannot promise it is always available or always without fault. We may change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what the app does, we will say so in advance.

Your data

How we handle personal data is set out in Privacy, which forms part of these terms.

Ending it

Close your account whenever you want, in Me → Settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will explain why unless prevented from doing so.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Repple is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, or for injury arising from exercise you chose to do. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect. The date above shows the current version.
